How much will delivery cost?
This is calculated based on product size, value and weight and so varies on each order. Please add a product to cart and start checkout to get a quote. Expensive products usually ship on a Parcel Force AM service fully insured. We have tried many couriers and have found Parcel Force to be the most reliable and least likely to damage a product in transit.
My item's packaging has been damaged in transit.
Whilst we try our best to protect an item in transit, packaging is not guaranteed to be perfect and is excluded from our standard returns policy. Couriers do not offer any compensation for packaging damage. If the damage is excessive, please take photos of the shipping box and packaging and send them to us to assess.
My item is faulty.
Please note that most collectibles are mass produced and all have minor paint and moulding imperfections, which are not classed as faults. For larger faults, please email us photos and we'll be pleased to help.
I ordered an item which I've received, but I no longer want it.

Where do I see my pre-orders and payment plans?

If your email address is not recognised then please Contact Us to check whether you have created an account as you may have checked out as a guest and not registered for an account.If you paid a deposit or set up a payment plan, you will have done this on our plan provider's site: partial.ly. Can you deliver internationally?
We only offer delivery to customers based in the UK & Ireland.
How do pre-orders work?
Can I pick items up directly from your office?
No. We are online only and must ship to the cardholder's registered address.
Can I ship to an alternative address to billing address?
Not using a standard credit card. If you have a confirmed alternate address in Paypal then please use this as your payment method.
Can you guarantee pristine boxes?
Unfortunately, not. We try our best to protect valuable items with additional packing and fragile tape strapping. However, once the item leaves us it is in the hands of couriers who can damage boxes. No courier offers compensation for packaging damage so we can't offer any compensation if this happens.
How long does it take an order to process?
Next day delivery - orders placed before midday will be dispatched the same day unless we inform you otherwise. Orders placed after midday will be dispatched the next working day.
